Aros Kapital works with lending partners, with established track records, who are best in class in their respective sector. Below is a selection of partnerships and funding structures executed.
UK Real Estate Finance
Since 2020, Aros Kapital has developed a number of partnerships supporting the UK real estate finance sector. Primarily our end funding supports SME housebuilders (both single high-value units and scale plays) care homes, social housing, student accommodation and commercial trading assets.
Today, around half of our partnerships have been extended, with >50% increase in overall commitment, demonstrating programmatic growth and long-term support.
Irish Residential Real Estate Financing
In 2021, Aros Kapital launched in the Republic of Ireland, recognizing the continued undersupply of housing in the sector. Lending is predominantly focused on larger residential developments, particularly those with a social housing component.
The first partnership has already been extended due to its initial success. Our structured financing agreement provides flexibility to further extend, and increase commitments, as the partnership continues to grow.
UK Corporate Finance
In 2024, Aros Kapital’s mandate expanded to focus on corporate growth, event driven financing and M&A, with an expectation to deploy up to £1bn through partner programmes. Our corporate strategies are sector agnostic and broad, but primarily target professional services, business services, technology, healthcare and manufacturing.
We have already agreed follow on funding for additional purposes with our chosen funding partners in this product segment.
