All personal data complaints submitted to Aros Kapital will be managed and responded to promptly, and addressed in an objective and appropriate manner. If you wish to lodge a complaint, you should, whenever possible, first use the online form linked below. Personal data protection complaints procedure

As a data subject, you are entitled to receive an initial response to acknowledge receipt of your complaint within no more than 30 days and a response confirming a decision alongside our assessment of your matter without undue delay.  

We will therefore take appropriate steps to respond to your complaint without undue delay, including making appropriate enquiries into the subject matter of the complaint. We will keep you (the data subject) informed on the progress of your complaint and communicate the outcome to you without undue delay. 

We will keep a record of your complaint (including the date it was received by us) alongside our acknowledgement of your complaint, any relevant conversations we have with you and relevant documents relating to your complaint, any actions we took as a result of our investigation and the ultimate outcome of your complaint.  

We will not keep any personal information for longer than we need it.
