Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with our financial services, you have the right to submit a formal complaint to Aros Kapital by contacting legal@aroskapital.co.uk. Your complaint will be treated with respect, handled efficiently, and with due care. When the review of your complaint has been finalized, you will be informed of our decision in the matter.
If you are dissatisfied with our decision, you may request an additional a review by our Complaints Officer. To initiate such a review, please contact us at klagomal@aroskapital.se and outline your comments and/or injunctions to the initial decision.
