For over two decades, Aros Kapital Group has provided specialist financing solutions to SMEs, expanding its business to currently cover the Nordics, UK and the Republic of Ireland. Aros Kapital Group operates under a credit market license in Sweden and, since 2015, has benefited from cornerstone investment from Mellby Gård, a family-owned, long-term investor.
The Group operates two primary credit strategies – structured financing solutions, and direct lending.
Structured financing solutions are delivered through our London office, supporting lending platforms in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

2004
The Beginning of Our Journey
Since 2004, we have been driven by a clear vision: to support SME and Mid-Market businesses to grow through flexible and tailored financing solutions.
2014
Credit Market License
We obtained a credit market license in 2014. This opened up new opportunities to expand our product offering and strengthen our position in the market.
2015
Mellby Gård
Mellby Gård became co-owners of Aros Kapital. Mellby Gård is a family-owned investor, with a clear long-term ownership philosophy and a broad portfolio of well-established and successful businesses.
2018
Proprietary Business System
Consolidating internal operations, whilst providing tailored solutions to individual customers and businesses, our IT department began to develop a proprietary business system
2020
International Expansion
Our expansion continued in 2020 with the opening of our London office and the launch of our Structured Financing Solutions strategy.
